About the Academy

PS2 Academy houses our club teams from the 11u to 18u level and focuses on developing serious athletes who want to continue to play at the next level. The Academy's goal is to prepare our players for their future, and give them the tools they need to get there. We offer exceptional training, proven results, league and tournament play, access to showcases, college camps and college recruiting services. PS2 Academy's 17u Premier and 18U Elite Team features players from some of the top baseball high schools in NJ and NY. We are a program like none other.

PS2 Academy's Arbert Cipion Attends D1 University of Richmond Prospect Camp

​It was another great day for 17u Crusader Arbert Cipion as he attended the University of Richmond's Elite Exposure Prospect Camp on November 19th. We're so proud of Arbert and all of our Academy athletes who are putting in the work and getting the looks from D1 schools!

PS2 Academy Attends Team Camp at D1 Siena College

Our Academy athletes spent the day at Siena College working out and playing a double header - all while being scouted by the Siena coaching staff. We have several more team and prospect camps planned in the off-season for this group.

17u Crusader Arbert Cipion Attends St. John's University's Prospect Camp

PS2 Academy's 17u starting shortstop Arbert Cipion was invited to St. John's Prospect Camp in October and impressed the coaches and scouts with his performance. Arbert ran a 6.4 60 and had an exit velocity of 90 mph off a tee. His velocity from right field was 87 mph. Arbert is a junior at PCTI in Wayne, NJ.

Crusaders Place 2nd at Disney's Turn Back the Clock Tournament

The PS2 Academy 16u Crusaders had a great run at Disney's Turn Back the Clock Tournament this Labor Day weekend. Facing strong competition, the Crusaders finished 2nd in a hard-fought battle and a well-played Championship Game. Team bonding is at an all-time high!

16u Crusaders are Summer League Champs!

​The inaugural season of the PS2 Academy 16u Crusaders was one for the record books. The team went 11-0 capping their undefeated season with a USABL 15/16 Division league championship game win on Friday, August 5th. We can't wait to see what the future holds for this PS2 Academy team!

Joshua Cohen Shines at Perfect Game Showcase

​One of our 16u Crusaders, Josh Cohen, gave his all on the mound at the very high profile Perfect Game Sunshine Northeast Showcase recently. Josh, who enters his junior year in the fall at Indian Hills High School in Oakland, NJ, impressed the scouts and coaches with an 82 mph fastball and a change up that definitely caught their attention!
